Activities
Activities feed provides you with a history of your backups and restores within a selected period of time. Filter your activites by choosing the date range, activity type, and status at the top of the Activities page.
Click on the activity to open its details. The details page may differ depending on the activity type.
Backup Activity Details
Backup activities provide you with a backup summary and lets you to open the chosen backup. Here you can check the backup timing, records, errors, and more.
Backup activity pane contains the following information:
Detail | Description | |
---|---|---|
Status | Status of the backup. Possible values are Succeeded, Failed, and Canceled. | |
Started | The backup process start date and time. | |
Ended | The backup process end date and time. | |
Records | Number of records included in this backup. | |
Modified | Number of records modified between the backups. | |
Errors | Number of records that weren’t copied during the backup process. |
Restore Activity Details
Restore details provides you with a restore summary. It shows the restore state, the timestamps, the list of affected objects, and the number of inserted, updated, deleted, and failed records. For more details visit Restoring data topic.
Restore activity pane contains the following information:

Status | Status of the restore operation. Possible values are Succeeded, Failed, and Canceled. | |

Ended | The restore operation end date and time. | |
Success | Number of records successfully restored. | |
Errors | Number of records that weren’t restored. |
Failed Activity Details
If the activity fails completely, or there were problems with backing up specific records - you will receive an error message in details. If there were problems restoring records, click on the number of failed records to download a detailed report.
